At LUXIVRA, we are committed to delivering premium quality products and a seamless shopping experience.

5-Day Size Exchange

We offer a 5-day size exchange from the date of delivery.

To be eligible:

• Product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
• Original tags and packaging must be intact.
• Exchange request must be raised within 5 days of delivery.

Wrong or Damaged Product

If you receive:

• An incorrect product
• A damaged product
• A manufacturing defect

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your Order ID and clear photos/videos.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:

• Used or washed products
• Products without original tags
• Products damaged after delivery
• Products purchased during clearance or final sale (unless damaged)
• Without Unboxing Video

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for:

• Damaged products
• Incorrect items received
• Orders cancelled by LUXIVRA

Approved refunds are processed within 4-6 business days to the original payment method.
